1. Learn and select stainless steel hydraulic fittings with appropriate pressure-temperature ratings.

2. Stainless steel hydraulic joints and their sealing materials must be compatible with the fluid, so from the perspective of cost and reliability, stainless steel hydraulic joints with suitable materials should be selected.

3. The normal fluid flow is from the connector parent to the daughter.

4. For systems with strict requirements on safety and tightness, the valve body seal of the stainless steel hydraulic joint is only used as the second seal, and a shut-off valve should be installed in front of the joint as the first seal.

5. When in use, do not frequently rotate between the parent body and the daughter body of the stainless steel hydraulic joint to prevent damage to the sealing ring.

6. Regularly maintain the sealing ring in the stainless steel hydraulic joint for smooth maintenance.

7. To prevent hard foreign objects from entering and exiting the inside of the joint. Assuming the fluid is not clean, install a filter in front of the stainless steel hydraulic fittings.

8. If the parent body and the daughter body of the stainless steel hydraulic joint are often separated, protective equipment can be installed to prevent the entry of foreign objects.
